REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1 - ONLINE COURSE
(This policy apply to online course)
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your info-product to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to email us from the same email you purchased the online course. We will then check how many days have elapsed since you’ve purchased your course and if it is within the 15 days range, you’ll be eligible for the refund. No justification needed.
You can always contact us for any refund questions at tos@onchainable.com.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at tos@onchainable.com.
SECTION 2 - PATREON
(This policy apply to Patreon)
As the company is just starting, we use Patreon as our platform to provide Premium API keys and exclusive content within the membership.
You can cancel your Patreon subscription at any time and ask for a refund. Doing so will revoke your access to the Patreon membership and terminate your Premium API keys and the different perk that would come with the membership.
